Georgie Sullivan
Georgie is a Wellbeing, Life and Mental Health Coach. She is a member of the Association for Coaching and the UK College of Personal Development, also a Supervisor in Mental Health First Aid and has achieved a Level 2 in Counselling Skills.
Georgie has always enjoyed working with people, starting her career in HR at a multinational confectionary company before moving to work as head of personnel at a global fund management corporation.
Finding the coaching side to things the most fulfilling she knew this was the path she wanted to take and went on to study so that she pursue this professionally.
Wellbeing Minds
Georgie is the founder of Wellbeing Minds. She has worked with a large range of clients from teenagers and beyond.
Her clients include sports professionals, musicians, CEOs of global firms, teachers and more. Also people with ADHD, depression, anxiety, people experiencing grief, women going through the menopause, new parents, home educated teenagers, people with relationship issues. Or simply those wanting to improve their mental health, wellbeing and life.
Personally she loves to walk her whippet Hazel, the sea, painting and watching football! (especially her children play the game).
Wellbeing coaching for all ages
The coaching is suitable for people of all ages with special expertise in coaching teenagers and young people. Georgie uses progressive techniques which implement the desired and necessary changes. Coaching can form an integral part of emotional development during the teenage years.
The focus is to ensure all clients take charge of creating a brighter, more fulfilling future.
