Family Wellbeing

If there is one thing that we all have in common, that is having a family.  From childhood to teenage years, adulthood, and then old age, most of us have a family unit around us.   To many of us the first form of relationship is family.  It is our parents or loved ones who we tend to rely on for love, protection and support as children.

Most children experience positive growth and development if they get the necessary support from their families.

Parents are often the first teachers or role models we have.  The responsibility of your own mental health and wellbeing as well as dependents can be very daunting.

Family wellbeing coaching can be a very welcome addition to the family.  A neutral, third-party ‘sounding board’ – the coach – can help either the whole family or an individual member focus on the present challenges.  Coaching offers practical solutions to often very personal problems.

The best family coaches will protect a healthy family environment.  Guiding your family from where they are to where they want to be.  So many areas of your family life can be impacted by many aspects in life, many out of your control.  Things will happen that you did not factor in.

Family wellbeing coaching is when either one or more of the family partners up with a coach to address goals that will ultimately improve their family dynamics and therefore overall happiness and wellbeing of everyone.
